Our Story
A Tradition of Hospitality
After serving in the US Army Air Force during World War II, Jack Weissberg opened the Saranac Lake Bakery and Left Bank Café, bringing a Parisian spirit to the Adirondacks.
The café was recreated in 2010 by the Weissberg family. In 2022, Chef Jarrad Lang partnered with the family to carry on its French-inspired culinary tradition.
